Oxfordshire fitness is all about fitness for everyone by providing classes to suit everyone whatever your fitness level!

We run classes in Nordic Walking, Toning Circuits and Legs,Bums & Tums

The fitter you are the more energy you will have. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which create a fantastic feel good factor and you get a great sense of achievement.

I try to create a fun environment for all of my classes and there are always lots of laughs as well as lots of hard work (and the occasional moan!)
